Ryan Carenduff

Ryan has over 12 years’ experience working in and with start-ups in a variety of roles. Combining a life-long passion for sport with extensive work in the fields of start-up businesses and innovation, Ryan founded the UK’s first sports business-specific incubator. Ryan subsequently set up global partnerships with hubs in France, USA, Canada, Australia, and The Netherlands and unlocked collaborative partnerships with companies such as Adidas and Under Armour.

Latterly, Ryan was also the Chief Executive Officer of Turtle Pack, a Scottish start-up helping children aged 2+ learn to swim through their innovative product range. In this role, Ryan unlocked a lucrative licensing deal with Paramount Global’s veteran brand the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and raise the company’s seed round of equity investment.

Ryan has raised over £1.5m in equity investment and grant funding and specialises in early-stage start-ups coaching and mentoring. His goal and passion are to help others achieve theirs.

Ryan currently sits on the Board of Team Scotland Youth Trust, a registered charity which supports talented young Scottish athletes through scholarships and awards.
