Gillian McGill
Gill’s background is in project and programme management, having worked in busy educational environments, in both public and private sectors, for over twenty years.
Until September 2022, Gill worked as Business Engagement Manager at the Entrepreneurial Scotland Foundation where she took the lead role on securing a range of host companies for their prestigious global ‘Saltire Scholar’ internship programme, and supported other programmes and initiatives such as Executive Leadership Development, Corporate Sponsorship and Crowdfund campaigns.
In October 2022, Gill joined Skillfluence as Programme Manager to lead on the roll out of IMPACT30, an educational programme which aims to turn young entrepreneurs across the Highlands and Islands region into business leaders of the future.
